Position Title:

Storekeeper

 

JOB PURPOSE

To improve and maintain the inventory system to provide easy access to achieve better and systematic control of the store.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Description

Key Performance Indicators

Prepare and assist the Production and Projects materials needs to meet the requirement of the project.

% increase in productivity

 

Issue and maintain the average stock to keep the availability of the materials of each project or warehouse.

% of available materials

 

Supply and issue tools, equipment to employees to speed up the work on and off site.

% increase in productivity

 

Maintain good storekeeping in all store areas to avoid damages of the materials.

% of material damages against the stocks

 

Manages inventory system and recordkeeping system to obtain systematic result of the department.

% of errors in inventory system

 

Advice scheduler the ready materials for delivery to ensure that the materials will reach on designated site at designated time.

% of delays in delivery of materials

 

Co-ordinate and facilitate with the site In-charge for materials distribution in different locations to have easy access on delivery of the materials.

% of errors in delays of delivery of the materials

 

8 Participate in internal audit as required to maintain and to update all the documents and certification of the company.

% of delivering timely audits

 

Supervise the subordinates to ensure that the warehouse procedures, processes and the management system are adhered to and implemented based on the company policies and procedures.

% of errors relative to supervision with regards to warehouse systems and procedures

 

To check and process the issued and returns materials to ensure that the return form for the materials is properly filled for required action.

 

% of errors in issuing and returned materials

 

Receive and check the time card of site and factory worker to monitor and review the attendance accordingly.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Minimum Qualification

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience

Two years of the same related field experience
