Project Engineer



Position Title:

Project / Site Engineer



To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects to ensure the consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.




Key Performance Indicators

Lead the planning and implementation of project to deliver desired output of the project.

% of projects delivered on time


Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables to coordinate with site managers of their work.

% of improved systems or procedures


Define project tasks and resource requirements; track project deliverables using appropriate tools to implement smooth transaction of the project.

% of errors relative to inappropriate tools used in tracking deliverables


Develop full scale project plans to execute the project accurately.

Development of strategies


Assemble and coordinate project staff to allocate the works amongst them and to provide direction and support to project team.

% of errors relative to inconsistent allocation of staff


Manage project budget, project resource allocation to avoid over-spending of the allocated budget.

% of cost reduction


Plan and schedule project timelines to deliver projects of the company on a timely manner

% variance of actual schedule vs. planned baseline


Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all the clients to provide accurate updates of the on-going projects of the company.

% of timely availability of project information


Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve desired project outputs of the company.

% of errors based on changes implemented


Evaluate projects and assessment of results to define progress, problems and solutions of the project.

% of delays in project handing over




Minimum Qualification

Degree in Civil Engineering or Architect.

Minimum Experience

5 years of experience in the same field and has direct experience in construction site capacity



Job Specific

knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of Construction, knowledge of project management techniques and tools, people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, proficient in management software
