Position Title:

QHSE Officer



Develops implements and maintains the company’s QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) Management System.




Key Performance Indicators

Implements QHSE Management System: processes and procedures to improve business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.


Communicates information on the QHSE Management System throughout the company and promotes HSE awareness.


Supports the company on QHSE matters as the primary point of contact.


Provides HSE and QAQC Trainings to employees.


Provides guidance to the company and supports the QA process from pre-qualification and tendering to project and operational QHSE plans.


Supports the project management team and the company’s various departments.


Participates in project teams as the QHSE expert.


Actively promotes an HSE culture.


Prepares and maintains required QHSE records and reports.


Develops and facilitates HSE Risk Assessments.


Coordinates and executes HSE inspections and Internal Audits.


Conducts investigation and analyses of, and report findings to management on

Non-Conformity Reports,

Client Satisfaction Data,

Incidents, Near Misses, and Damages

Customer Complaints.


Develops and monitors QHSE performance, progress, preventive and corrective action plans.



Raises non-conformance and corrective action on internal and external activities.


Stops an unsafe act.
